Will Bentley is a professional songwriter, vocalist and private instructor with more than a decade of experience writing. He is currently contracted as a songwriter with TRO Essex Music Publishing Company and has written with industry professionals including the former bass from “Pentatonix” Avi Kaplan.
In Songwriting: Expand Your Chord Progression Palette, Will Bentley will pick two songs submitted ahead of time by attendees. He will demonstrate how to identify the chord progressions of these selected songs using both piano and guitar.
Using these songs, Bentley will show how different choices can be made in the chord progressions while keeping the general structure of the song intact. Join Will in this special class to expand your chord progression palette and learn more about chord extensions, transitions and modulations.
